NICE se enorgullece de anunciar el lanzamiento de NICE Assist acquí

We understand that taking the bus for the first time can be intimidating.  The NICE Team is here to help ease any transit anxiety.  With some assistance, everyone can gain the confidence and knowledge to take advantage of public transit.  If you are new to Nassau County...or just new to public transit..the NICE Team is here to assist! The NICE Customer Service team is committed to assisting riders of all abilities how best to take advantage of Nassau County's fixed-route public transit system. Though NICE is a fully accessible system, we understand that some customers may need additional training or assistance in using and understanding public transit.

With some training, customers can gain confidence and independence in riding the bus to work, school, health and recreational facilities, and more. This includes customers new to transit, seniors, and those with mobility impairments.
